Parts of a statement you can box

  1. The account number, whole or all but the last four digits, and the routing number.
  2. Single transactions, such as a pharmacy charge or a transfer to another account.
  3. Balances, leaving one line such as a payroll deposit readable.

On the sample statement that's four boxes: the account number, the routing number, the pharmacy charge and the savings transfer. To keep the last four digits visible, start the box just before them.

A three-page statement becomes three pictures in the new file, each 1,224 by 1,584 pixels for a letter-size page.
